We want to congratulate this year’s winner of The Most Innovative Technology award, sponsored by ITS Wisconsin, was Yuba Fiore, St Sava Orthodox!

With their focus on mycology branching into sustainable food, packaging, and furthering the studies into the applications of fungi in a modern world, they leveraged their new underground infrastructure into prioritizing the air above the city for life and leisure. They clearly put thought and research into how they can design a city capable of bringing a better tomorrow.

ITS Wisconsin was a proud special award sponsor at this year’s STEM Forward Future City competition at MSOE on January 18th ! This year’s theme of designing an island city of tomorrow brought about many creative models and presentations that captured the ingenuity of area middle school students interested in STEM.

We want to congratulate the winner of the ITS WI Innovative Technology award, Team “Nuevo Comienzo” of Waukesha STEM Academy, who also won overall first place and will move on to compete in Washington, DC! Also, thank you to our special awards judges for spending their Saturday morning at the event. Our ITS WI judges this year were Brian Klipstein, Chris Hager, Liz Schneider, Mark Klipstein, and Matt Regnier.
